Coverage's To Consider

The primary type of insurance you will want to consider is general liability which is a contract protecting for claims of negligence due to bodily injury and property damage. An important part of a general liability policy is contractual liability which allows the insurance to conform to the requirements of your customer.

The general liability policy usually excludes pollution liability. A loss due to exposure to radioactive materials is a pollution loss. Most insurance companies exclude losses due to radioactive materials, so knowing what insurance companies will write the coverage is most important.
Professional liability insurance excludes any bodily injury or property damage losses but rather protects against monetary losses due to incorrect consulting advice. Many time these types of losses begin with disputes with a customer not wanting to pay for professional services.

All liability policies provide costs to defend the insured. Often, this is the most important part of a liability policy as it protects the insured's reputation.

Besides the liability insurance I can also offer insurance to protect your own property, computers, equipment, commercial auto, and surety bonding.
